1. Purpose

The digital files and 3D models are granted exclusively for internal or personal use, and non-commercial purposes. They may not be subject to modification, sub-licensing, or any form of distribution.

The physical objects produced are limited to internal or personal use and must not be the subject of any financial transaction, in any form whatsoever.

The exercise of the rights granted under this license constitutes full acceptance of its terms and conditions. This license grants you these rights in consideration of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Permissions

You may:

• Produce from the 3D models physical objects (3D printing, machining, molding, etc.) in unlimited quantity and use them solely for internal or personal use, and non-commercial purposes.
• Integrate the 3D models into a digital assembly or a digital scene provided that such use remains strictly internal or personal, and non-commercial.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, assign, sell, rent, host, transfer, or distribute in any way the digital files, 3D models, or physical objects, whether original, modified, or derivative.
• Distribute, whether free of charge or not, any derivative work of these digital files, 3D models, or physical objects, in digital or physical form, including remixes.
• Use the digital files, 3D models, physical objects, and any derivative work in any context involving the charging of a price or the collection of fees.
• Host the digital files or 3D models on other digital platforms, online stores, or cloud repositories.

4. Definitions

• Digital file: Any digital data stored in a format usable by a computer or an electronic or computing device, including but not limited to 3D models, images, plans, documents, source code, or any other digital content, whether original, modified, or derivative.
• 3D model: A three-dimensional representation of an object consisting of one or more parts, derived directly or indirectly from a digital file.
• Physical object: Any material production made by exploiting a digital file or a 3D model, regardless of the method used: 3D printing, machining, molding, or any other manufacturing process.
• Internal use: Non-commercial use within the same organization or the same company.
• Personal use: Non-commercial use for private purposes.
• Derivative work: Any creation based on the digital files, 3D models, or physical objects, including modifications, adaptations, or remixes.
• Modification: Any alteration, adaptation, transformation, or adjustment made to a digital file, a 3D model, or a physical object, including but not limited to changes in geometry, structure, or any other element of the design, whether minor or substantial, except for proportional scaling adjustments or necessary preparation for the manufacturing process.
• Distribute: To provide, transfer, or make available a digital file, a 3D model, or a physical object, free of charge or for payment, by any means or medium.

5. Remedies

In the event of a violation of this license, the user is subject to legal action and liability for damages.
